We will respond to the eConsult within 48 hours but the eConsult may not be resolved within the 48 hours. If the request is routine it will be dealt with in the usual timeframe.
Requests for sick notes that are sent too far in advance (more than 5 working days before they expire) will not be dealt with. We cannot process any requests until 5 working days prior to expiry.
